Madi began her career in wealth management during 2024, following other work in the financial services industry. Madi’s primary goal as a financial advisor is to empower clients to confidently reach their financial goals by offering tailored advisory solutions that they may not have considered on their own. She aspires to build lasting relationships grounded in trust, empathy and understanding to provide a level of thoughtful, personalized service that goes beyond what typically may be found at larger institutions.
After receiving a master’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University (SMU), Madi spent the first five years of her career in commercial and corporate banking in Houston and Los Angeles, respectively. Although she gained invaluable industry knowledge and experience within the banking industry, that career path felt a bit too transactional for her liking, and she knew she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives on a personal level.
Today Madi is grateful to be helping clients from a role that combines her technical finance skills with her love of and passion for helping and connecting with people. She is in practice with her father, John McIntyre, who has been in the industry for nearly 40 years. Madi is excited to add ancillary product offerings, such as wealth planning, as well as to help the next generation of clients to grow and prosper. In addition to her college degrees, Madi passed the SIE, Series 7, 63, 66 and 79 exams and obtained Texas life and health insurance licenses.
During her spare time, Madi is a part-time cheerleading coach at her high school alma mater, Episcopal High School, and a mentor to graduate students in the Master of Science in Finance program at SMU.
Away from work and community service, Madi enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around Houston. She’s passionate about health and wellness and enjoys trying different workout classes, especially yoga and Pilates. Madi also loves traveling often, reading new books with a book club she recently started and attending live shows, such as concerts or the ballet.
