Jim began his career in financial services in 1994, directly out of college. With more than 25 years of experience managing wealth for individuals and their business concerns, Jim believes bringing together a team of professionals to work on behalf of a client is the best way to help produce positive outcomes.
Jim specializes in qualified plans, and advises clients advises clients and corporations on the design, implementation, investments and fiduciary oversight of their 401(k), defined benefit, non-qualified deferred compensation and other ERISA-governed plans. He is also the advanced planning specialist for the team, advising the team’s clients on the matters of wealth enhancement, tax mitigation, wealth protection, extended care planning and wealth transfer.
Originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Jim attended Central Bucks West High School and went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in finance. He holds various accreditations including the AAMS® (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) and CPFA (Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor), and is an active member of industry organizations such as the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Financial Planning Association.
Jim enjoys extending his role as advisor to others in his community. He has spoken as a guest lecturer to students at both his alma mater, the University of Delaware, as well as Drexel University. Jim also serves on the board of trustees and executive committee of the Radnor Memorial Library, as well as serving as treasurer for the Radnor Girls Crew Club. When not volunteering or coaching, Jim enjoys the outdoors as well skiing, golfing, and travel with his family. He resides in Radnor Township, with his wife, Lynn, and their two children.
