Trish began her career in operations at another firm in September 2006 and now has almost 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She has gathered knowledge about both the operational and client-facing sides of the industry and has been involved in equity trading, fixed income trading, portfolio administration and much more throughout her career. She has passed the SIE (grandfathered), Series 7, 63 and 65 exams, and left her previous firm as the associate vice president and the relationship manager responsible for meeting the day-to-day needs of clients. She was the go between for the investment representative and the client and worked directly with both parties to see that the client’s needs were met. In May 2021, Trish started in her current position at RBC Wealth Management. As the branch service manager, she is the main liaison between the operations staff and complex management and supports the three financial advisors in the office, all of whom maintain large books of business. Having grown up without many resources, Trish has been inspired by her mother’s strong work ethic, which drove her to strive for a secure future. She believes that by being part of a team which listens and always puts the client’s needs first—along with a little discipline from the client—it is possible for clients to meet and even exceed their financial goals. Trish is married with three kids—Serena, Eli and Adam. She enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time outdoors. In 2024, she won an internal quarterly Award of Excellence from RBC, as well as the annual award.
