Giving back to our communities

The Norman Fletchall Team believes firmly in giving back to both the Metro-Madison and RBC Wealth Management communities. The talents and leadership abilities of our team are evident in their volunteering and active participation in a wide variety of organizations. We believe no group can be stronger than its community. We are proud of our long-standing support and ongoing involvement in both the Madison and RBC Wealth Management communities.

As a team, we participate in and sponsor a number of community events. Our team has dedicated countless hours of volunteer time at company-sponsored events, client events, and other organizations with which they have strong ties. Beth serves on boards of non-profits, and the whole team participates in bike-a-thons, walks, and relays to raise money for various organizations. Here are a few groups we volunteer with:

Second Harvest Food Bank

The Madison WI office volunteered on a Saturday at the local Second Harvest Food Bank packaging produce prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Eighteen volunteers put a variety of fruits and vegetables together in trays to go to the various local food pantries providing 2500 meals for families in need in the community.

Clean up the lakes volunteer day
