Stacy began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2007 after graduating Brown University and playing Division One field hockey for 4 years. In almost 10 years working in both Boston and Manhattan, she worked her way through the ranks of Client Service Associate, Financial Advisor, National Training Officer and then onto Associate Manager, where she found her true calling in helping advisors grow their business. She was recruited to join Wells Fargo Advisors in 2017 as a Complex Manager west of Boston and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take on more territory and ownership in the business. Stacy became heavily involved in local community organizations like Boston Scores and Heading Home. Proving herself to be a competitive coach and leader with attention to detail and service, she was named a Managing Director in 2020.
In 2024, after an almost 18-year career in the wealth management industry with very little time to enjoy her girls, Stacy took a voluntary pause and went to work for her husband’s real estate development company, Novo Builds, as a Director of Operations and Marketing. She helped their small company scale from $10 to $30 million in projected sales across Wellesley, Boston, the Cape and Islands in a year’s time. She also achieved her personal training certification (CPT) and did some nutrition coaching, a lifelong passion of hers.
Stacy simply couldn’t ignore her desire to return to her roots and has joined RBC Wealth Management as of November 2025 as a Branch Network Director in Wellesley and Norwell. She is known for her tenacity, process orientation, collaboration and authenticity in her approach to leadership, and will continue her track record of getting results while putting the clients and community first. Given her time spent in both service and sales, she has a full circle vantage point of the business and is laser focused on the client experience, on behalf of the advisors and support staff she works alongside. She is thrilled to bring her skill set to RBC Wealth Management.
Stacy lives in Milton, MA with her husband Christopher, their 2 girls, Isabella (7) and Sofia (4) and their 2 rescue German Shepherd/Dobermans, Hank and Skip.
