Committed to community involvement

Mark Palombi has always been passionate about making a positive impact. Whether done through providing financial advice, volunteering time, or through donations, Mark believes in leading by example, not only in the industry, but in these communities where we live, work, and play.

Cleveland Clinic Martin Health

Mark serves as the Vice Chairman on the Cleveland Clinic Martin Health Foundation Board; he is also on the advisory board.

Chrysanthemum Ball

Since 1995, this black-tie event, which is held every year in November, raises funds for special hospital projects. Mark and his wife, Alison, were co-chairs for the 2023 Chrysanthemum Ball. The proceeds raised went on to support the launch of the Caregiver Innovation Fund. This project aids in the career advancement of current and future caregivers by promoting a skills-based culture that helps with recruitment, training, and retention. Mark and Alison will be the chairs for the upcoming 2024 Chrysanthemum Ball. This year’s initiative is dedicated to the Robert and Carol Weissman Cancer Center.

Boy Scouts of America

Mark is a den leader for the local Cub Scouts Pack 823. As den leader, he oversees planning and carrying out a year-round program of projects and activities to aid the scouts in learning the skills they need to progress in rank. Mark, an Eagle Scout, enjoys being a positive influence for the den and supporting the scouts in their development and growth.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)

Mark volunteers his time as a lacrosse coach for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He finds it to be a uniquely rewarding experience to act as a role model and leader for his team. As a coach, he aids his team in building a successful mindset in the ways of faith, teamwork, and life skills that can help guide them in the moment and well into the future.
