Greg is a managing director – financial advisor with RBC Wealth Management. He is focused on meeting the needs of both institutional and private clients. Greg is the leader, founder, and key decision maker within the Pawlak Investment Group, Appleton, Wisconsin, office. He is supported by Dan Mataic (equity analyst), Cynthia Anderson (administrative support), and Sam Pawlak (technology support) as well as a group of other consultants, analysts, and operations personnel dedicated to serving client needs.
Greg joined RBC Wealth Management in 1994. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Greg served as a financial advisor for Kemper Securities Group – Blunt Ellis & Loewi, Inc. He has more than 35 years of industry experience. Greg has consistently been named to RBC Wealth Management’s Chairman’s Council from 1994-present. He was also named a managing director and is a current member of the Equity Leaders Advisory Council.
Greg is responsible for overseeing overall investment strategy, asset allocation, tax minimization, and makes all final investment decisions for the group. He assesses the risk tolerance of each individual client and determines the appropriate strategic or tactical model for client portfolios. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in economics.
Greg currently serves as a board member for Ephraim Resources. He also serves on the Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region’s board of directors as chairman of the Investment Committee. Greg is a lifelong resident of Appleton, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Julie, have three children: Sam, Megan and Natalie. Greg’s interests outside work include fitness, outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
