For more than 20 years, Paul has worked in the financial services industry in which he has acquired a variety of technical and strategic planning skills. Paul also uses his unique life experience and relationship management skills to help individuals, executives and family business owners prepare for life’s transitions, challenges and opportunities.

His personal and professional mission is to help his clients plan, implement and enjoy a successful retirement, empowering them to live for today while planning their family’s legacy for tomorrow.

Paul is focused on building trusting, life-long relationships one client at a time. He prides himself in providing wealth management advice that is sound and independent, by delivering premier service, and implementing a process-driven approach that best serves the complex planning needs of high-net-worth individuals and their families.

A constant learner, Paul earned the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certificate in 2005, a certification that is awarded only to those individuals who complete a rigorous course of study, dedicate themselves to maintain their technical competency, and agree to abide by a strict code of ethics.

A devoted father to Madison (16) and Ryan (12), Paul is actively involved in his daughter’s horse riding and competing schedule and his son’s soccer team. The family travels as much as possible, enjoying as much time together as they can.

Paul’s personal passions are muscle cars, particularly those from the 70s, and unique boats. He is particularly fond of trawlers. He loves to attend vintage car and boat shows in and around Essex, Connecticut, where he has lived for nearly 20 years. And when time permits, Paul enjoys traveling, boating, going to the beach, and hosting nice dinners with his family and friends.

Community and civic minded, Paul has freely donated his time to provide financial education and resources to the community. Recently, Paul served a five-year stint as the State of Connecticut’s director for the Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization.

Glenn Zavorskas

With close to 15 years of industry experience, Glenn provides a valuable and unique skill set to Poulin Wealth Management. He began his career as a regional consultant at Prudential in 2007, providing support in the development of retirement income planning strategies. In 2016, he joined Wells Fargo Advisors. As a financial advisor working alongside Paul Poulin, Glenn joined RBC Wealth Management in 2019.

Licensures and education

  • Passed the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 securities exams
  • Connecticut producers insurance license
  • Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Sacred Heart University

As part of the Poulin Wealth Management team, Glenn provides a pivotal role in the relationships of their clients. Leveraging the abundant resources of RBC Wealth Management, Glenn’s responsibilities include in-depth equity and fixed income analysis, and portfolio design in conjunction with the needs and goals of families.


Glenn was born and raised on the Connecticut shoreline. He and his wife, Jennifer, currently live in Madison, Connecticut. In their spare time, they enjoy skiing in the winter, and spending summer on the beach and golf course. They also commit time to support charitable causes and community service organizations throughout the shoreline area. An avid golfer, Glenn was a previous member of The Course at Yale. Currently, he is a member of Clinton Country Club and the Shoreline Golf Society, where he is a former club champion.

Jane-Ellen Symmes

Jane brings nearly 30 years of customer service experience in retail and private banking to Poulin Wealth Management. Previously, she held service-focused roles at Wells Fargo, where she provided consultative support to a variety of clients including small businesses, unions, real estate professionals and elder law attorneys. Jane credits this success to her focus on relationship building, which helps her understand client challenges and deliver appropriate customer-focused solutions. Jane joined Poulin Wealth Management in November 2018, as it always had been her passion and goal to work exclusively in wealth management. She works closely with Paul and Glenn, and her responsibilities represent all administrative service functions, including proactive communications, calendar management and client events.

Jane was born and raised in Killingworth, Connecticut, and considers Connecticut “home.” She currently lives in Colchester with her son, Auden, and their rescue dog, Mabinna. Jane’s passions are her relationships. Most of her family and friends live in the Connecticut and New York areas, and she feels lucky that everyone gets together as much as they can. Jane loves the outdoors, and in her spare time you will find her training Mabinna, hiking, boating, camping or simply out on a drive through Connecticut’s backroads.
