Cooking competition at Forge City Works
During the cooking competition clients were divided up into two groups and assigned a basket of raw ingredients. Each team had ten minutes to plan an appetizer, main course and desert. With help from the “Chefs” each team had one hour and 30 minutes to prepare their meals, after which each team was judged by the “chefs”. The Forge City works provides job training, food access, and creates sustainable social enterprises to help people change their lives.
