Rob brings the wisdom and experience of more than 40 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management’s predecessor firm, Tucker Anthony, in 1997, Rob was a managing director of Bank of America, where he ran their Corporate Finance group in New York. He previously held senior positions at Lehman Brothers in their Capital Markets group in New York and at Bankers Trust Company in fixed income, foreign exchange, liability management and risk management in their offices in London, New York, Toronto and Los Angeles.
Rob was born in Boston and grew up in the Boston area before attending Phillips Academy Andover and graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College in 1975. After settling in Princeton in 1984 with his wife, Nancy (a partner in the trust and estates department of Saul Ewing LLP), they raised five sons.
Rob and Nancy are devoted to the Princeton community and have served on a variety of boards of local organizations. Among Rob’s most recent are: Trinity Church in Princeton (where he chaired the Finance Committee for twenty years), Princeton Junior School (where he served on the board and the Finance Committee), the Princeton Chamber of Commerce (where he chaired the Small Business Council), the Princeton Rotary Club (as president), the Princeton Rotary Foundation (as chairman) and the Hopewell Valley Lacrosse League, where he coached middle school-age boys for many years.
