Since 1999, Bob has been guiding business owners, executives and families on all aspects of their wealth management needs. He is adept at helping his clients navigate wealth transformation events into coherent long-term plans across multiple generations.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Bob served as an infantry officer in the United States Army, stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. He began his career as a relationship manager at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and, subsequently, Credit Suisse Private Banking in Chicago, where he advised wealthy clients for more than 17 years. Bob then went on to lead teams as a managing director at Citi Private Bank in both Chicago and Denver, catering to Citi’s ultra-high-net-worth client segment across the Midwest.
Bob has a master’s degree in management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in finance, marketing and manufacturing. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. He is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst® , a member of the CFA® Society of Chicago and passed the Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 exams.
Bob lives in Glencoe, Illinois, with his wife. He has four daughters who all live in the Chicago area. He is a member of the Planned Giving Committee and Lincoln Park Zoo and is an active volunteer for the Illinois Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In his free time, Bob enjoys running, golfing and spending time with his family
