In her role, she is responsible for mentoring and developing staff to accomplish their goals, managing onboarding and training initiatives and seeing that the branch maintains the exemplary service standards that clients expect from their first meeting onward.
With a career spanning 31 years at RBC Wealth Management, Melissa brings deep knowledge in operational administration, client service and team development. Her attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills have been recognized consistently by clients, peers and home office partners.

Melissa passed the Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 exams and holds a life insurance license, giving her the technical foundation to support complex operational and compliance matters across the branch. Outside of work,
Melissa, her husband, Ken, and their two children, Carmen and Thomas, reside on Lake Zumbro. In their spare time, they enjoy floating down the lake on their pontoon with family and friends.
