Chris began is financial services career in 2001 at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he quickly became a club level member advisor. In 2007, Chris moved his team to UBS Wealth Management. In 2013, Chris decided to move the team back to Merrill Lynch, where he was a member of the Chairman’s Council for 8 years, which recognizes the top advisors in the firm. In 2021 Chris joined RBC Wealth Management and was promoted to Managing Director. Chris possesses in-depth knowledge of world markets and economies that serves him well in his role as a senior financial advisor and portfolio manager. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, he worked at a publicly traded company as an internal auditor, acquiring skills in evaluating company financials that he applies in directing the trading for the portfolios the team manages. He does not give tax advice in his role at the firm, although he can work with your tax professionals to create tax minimization strategies. Adept at security screening and risk management, Chris derives great satisfaction from helping clients pursue their financial goals and dreams.
He is a qualified senior portfolio manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, and third-party investment strategies as appropriate. Senior portfolio managers are provided a high degree of flexibility in constructing portfolios and selecting securities. Chris holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation and he has passed the Series 7, 31 and 66 FINRA exams, and holds life and health insurance licenses.
Chris received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York. He is involved in his community and spends time volunteering with various local organizations. In his spare time, he also enjoys golf, traveling and fishing. Chris lives in Palm City, Florida.
