About me

Walter has been with RBC Wealth Management since 2019 and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. He passed the Series 7, 9, 63 and Series 66 exams. Currently as an Investment Associate at RBC he is passionate about delivering a customized client experience through relationship-based engagement and an emphasis on clients’ life priorities. He is in charge of client services in our office, so if you have any reporting or operational questions, he will help you. He may also assist you stay connected to other RBC services when they are useful to you, such as retirement services, lending, bonds, wealth planning and our analysts. In addition, Walter will assist you in creating a customized Wealthplan for you and your family

Walter began his financial career at TD Waterhouse over two decades ago, where he was responsible for analyzing client’s needs for Retirement Plan products and services; creating presentations and illustrations in line with the needs of the client or company and then assessing whether a particular retirement plan would satisfy the tax savings and employee retention needs of the business or individual practice. His experience led him to work for another nationwide online broker where he worked as a Financial Associate in a local branch assisting clients face to face and over the phone with inquiries regarding short- and long-term investments. His role also allowed him the opportunity to provide financial education seminars, on boarding of new and veteran investors to electronic trading platforms, exercising management of the branch office inclusive of managing regulatory duties such as enforcing margin calls and closing of Options Contracts and addressing Risk Management issues as needed.

Walter along with his son Daniel reside in Woodside New York. They volunteer at their local church by supporting their Communication Department and acting as an ambassador of Financial Literacy for the Hispanic community.  They also enjoy participating in community outreach programs that donate food and clothing to the less fortunate.
