Sarasota Ballet’s Dance – The Next Generation helps to ensure that high-risk youth receive the education and support needed to succeed. The focus is to instill self-discipline inherent in the study of dance which results in achieving academic goals and becoming a positive, contributing member of society.
Take Stock in Children of Florida provides a unique opportunity to deserving low-income and minority students to escape the cycle of poverty through education. Right now, almost 60% of Florida children are living in poverty and the numbers are increasing every year. This program achieves success through a combination of mentorship, college readiness, accountability and a college scholarship.
New College of Florida prepares intellectually curious students for lives of great achievement since its founding in 1960. As the State University System of Florida's designated honors college, New College provides an exceptional undergraduate education that transforms students' intellectual curiosity into personal achievement.
RBC Wealth Management Women’s Empowerment Forum brings together a diverse group of women in the community to share insights, nurture connections and inspire change. The 5th Annual Women’s Empowerment Forum held this year in Sarasota focused on educating women on the importance of health confidence, self-confidence and wealth confidence.
