About our team

Chip began his career in the wealth management industry in 2012 after graduating from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. While at Charleston, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and showed an interest in the Entrepreneurship concentration. Chip has passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and holds multiple state insurance licenses. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2019 after completing his courses at UMBC and the College for Financial Planning. The CFP® designation reflects Chip’s commitment to constantly expanding his knowledge base in order to provide the best service he can to his clients.

Chip lives in Annapolis with his wife, Wanda, and a houseful of pets. They’re expecting their first son in September. In his free time, he likes to travel, race sailboats and go mountain biking. He has volunteered at many organizations including Happy Helpers for the Homeless, the SPCA, and Habitat for Humanity.
