Tim has assisted his clients with their wealth management since 1999. He began his career with Morgan Stanley’s private client group where he spent seven years and became a member of the director’s council in 2000 and 2001; a recognition for outstanding personal performance, integrity and professionalism. Tim then joined Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. in 2005 and became part of RBC Wealth Management with the firm’s acquisition in 2009. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Maryland College.

Tim, a three-year starter at wide receiver, was a member of Western Maryland’s 1997 and 1998 Centennial Conference Championship football teams. A lifelong Carroll County native, Tim resides in Westminster with his wife and three children. He serves on the board of the Maryland Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame and assisted the BUILD Campaign Committee of the Boys & Girls Club of Westminster from January 2017 to March 2019. Tim became an NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor in 2007 and assists professional athletes with their wealth planning. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Tim continues to focus and specialize in wealth planning, asset allocation, retirement planning and tax efficient strategies. In addition, he is responsible for the development of wealth management plans for his team’s clients.
