Mr. O'Reilly joined Ferris, Baker Watts - now RBC Wealth Management - in 1995. Prior to FBW he was with Bellamah Neuhauser and Barrett, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and business from Penn State University in 1991 and earned the Accredited Wealth Manager designation in 2010. Mr. O'Reilly is an active participant in many children’s and education non-profits and charities in Washington, DC. He is former Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Washington Mathematics Science and Technology Public Charter School, a top-ranked DC charter high school that recently hosted Michele Obama as the graduation speaker. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Infinity Wellness Foundation, an organization formed to combat childhood obesity in Washington, DC. Shawn also serves as treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Washington Internship Institute. In 2008, Shawn was appointed to the DC Public Charter School Credit Enhancement Committee by DC Mayor Adrian Fenty.
