After graduating from Bethel university in 2005, Phil worked at JP Mogan Chase as a banker in Chicago before fulfilling his lifelong dream of joining the Mehrer/Stromberg Group in 2008. Phil serves as the team’s cash flow and strategic wealth transfer advisor. He helps clients manage cash and investments as one integrated strategy, combining proactive cash management with thoughtful portfolio construction to support liquidity and long-term growth. Phil is passionate about advising clients though life’s major financial transitions including the sale of a business, education planning, generational inheritances, and long-awaited retirements.
Phil lives in Plymouth with his wife, Sara, and their two boys, Warren and Walker. They enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, cooking together as a family, and serving in their church. Phil mentors business students at Bethel University and actively supports numerous charities including the Alzheimer’s Association of Minnesota, Hospitality House, Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge and New Life Family Services.
