Skip has been helping clients achieve their financial goals for over 35 years. Formerly, he was head of Tucker Anthony’s Fixed Income Portfolio Services Group and has held positions on the marketing, fixed income trading and financial advisor sides of the investment business. Skip’s primary focus is developing wealth plans and risk management strategies designed for growth and capital preservation for his clients.

Skip was named RBC Wealth Management’s Branch Director of the Year in 2006 and 2009. He was awarded the Outstanding Branch Award in 2007, 2009, and 2010, and received the Special Achievement Award for Wealth Management in 2013 and 2014. Skip was named to RBC’s prestigious President’s Council every year from 2006 through 2013 and to the Director’s Council 2014 through 2018. In 2016 and 2017 Skip was named in “On Wall Street” to the Top 100 Branch Managers in the United States.

Skip graduated from Iona College and earned his master’s degree from Fairfield University. He has passed the Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 66 exams and holds life, accident and health licenses. Skip’s interests include outdoor sports, skiing in the Adirondack mountains, fly fishing and enjoying his family and 14 grandchildren.

Angelika Caulford

Angelika works closely with families to establish plans that can be started today to help meet future goals. She helps identify areas in planning that may require further attention, such as: risk management, insurance needs, setting up a wealth plan, college planning, estate and trust services and converting wealth to income for retirement. She has been recognized as a leader in generating tax-free income for her clients with the use of municipal bonds. Angelika helps monitor where clients should be tomorrow, based on where they are today. Angelika joined RBC Wealth Management in 2008. Prior to that, she studied economics in Europe, before moving to the United States. In 2010 and 2017 she was recognized with the RBC Award of Excellence and the RBC National Award of Excellence. In 2017 she was appointed to the RBC Foundation Board. She passed the Series 7 and 66 exams and holds life, accident and health licenses.

Her interests outside of work include traveling with her husband, two daughters and son; hiking; and water sports. She also coordinates the Stamford, Connecticut, branch office’s involvement in community charitable events and functions.

Dominika Dziama

Registered Client Associate


Dominika received her associate degree in administration from Norwalk Community College and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut. Joining RBC in 2011, Dominika worked in the Stamford office as a branch associate and was promoted to client associate in 2018. Dominika passed the Series 7 exam. In 2014 she received the RBC Award of Excellence. Dominika lives in Stamford, and enjoys traveling, hiking and snowboarding.
