Carroll was born and raised in Westminster. In 1968, he graduated from Western Maryland College, now McDaniel College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Carroll started his financial career as a Registered Representative with Baker, Watts, & Co. in 1970 and advanced to become a partner in 1987. He and former colleague Bill Kelly opened the first brokerage office in Westminster in 1976. 

Currently, Carroll is a member of the firm’s President’s Council and holds his series 7, 63, 65, and Maryland Insurance licenses. 

He has been and continues to be an active member in the community, serving as past chairman of The Lung Association of North Central Maryland, the YMCA of Carroll County, and Carroll County Student Grant Program at McDaniel College. Carroll was a former board member of The New Windsor State Bank, retiring after 28 years of service. He is a trustee at McDaniel College and is President of the Davis Library, Inc. Charitable Fund.

Carroll resides in Westminster with his wife Sue. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, motorcycling, jet skiing, and traveling to North Myrtle Beach.

Chris Yingling

Chris was born and raised in Westminster and graduated from Western Maryland College, now McDaniel College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1992. He started his career as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch in Columbia, MD in 1992. He joined the Westminster office of RBC Wealth Management (Formerly Ferris, Baker, Watts Inc.) in 1995, and became the Branch Director in 2003.

Chris is currently a member of the firm’s President’s Council and holds his series 7, 63, 66, 9, and 10 licenses, as well as his Maryland Insurance License. 

He is also very active in the Westminster community. He currently sits on the Hill Center YMCA CAB Board of Directors, Carroll Community College Planned Giving Committee, and the the Carroll Child Care Center Board of Directors. 

Chris lives in Westminster and enjoys spending time with his family and attending Ravens games.

Chelsea joined The Yingling Group in July of 2016.  Chelsea has an extensive wealth planning background with experience and knowledge from both a large financial institution and a boutique comprehensive wealth planning firm.  Having grown up in Westminster, she is looking forward to establishing a career here in her hometown. 

Currently, Chelsea holds her series 7, 63, 66, Maryland Insurance licenses and is a Certified Financial Planner™ certificant.

Chelsea resides in Fells Point, Baltimore.  In her free time, she enjoys playing sports and spending time with her family, friends, and little brother from Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Kim joined RBC Wealth Management, and The Yingling Group in June of 2012, bringing over 15 years of securities industry experience to her position. She began her career at Alex Brown and Sons, and then joined Legg Mason which became Citi Smith Barney.  Kim has passed her Series 7 and 63 exams.

Kim is a native of Carroll County and currently lives with her husband and two children in Littlestown, PA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and being involved with her children’s sports programs.

Carolynne was born and raised in Westminster. She received her AA from Carroll Community College and went on to pursue her Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Business - with a specialty in Organizational Leadership/Management from Ashford University in Iowa.

Carolynne's prior work experience was in the Private Equity/Investment realm of the financial industry. Carolynne looks forward to a flourishing career in her hometown at RBC.

Carolynne currently resides in Westminster and enjoys spending time with her teenage sons, going on trips with her girlfriends, and attending Baltimore Orioles and Ravens games.
