Tim Cowdrey has more than 20 years experience as a trusted financial advisor to business owners and their families. He specializes in developing personalized strategies designed to provide clear solutions for retirement planning concerns, investment management, risk management (insurance) and financial life balance. Tim also serves as Branch Director of the Scottsdale RBC Wealth Management office, where he is responsible for branch supervision and growing RBC's presence in the Scottsdale market.
Tim graduated from Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, then received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He has passed the Series 7, 63, 65 & 31 securities exams and the Series 9, 10 & 24 supervisory exams. He is a member of a branch management advisory group tasked with advising senior management on business practice strategies at RBC WM.
Tim was raised in the Arcadia suburb of Phoenix, AZ and lives there currently with his wife Cindy, daughter Katherine and son Ryan. Tim currently serves as Past President of The Scottsdale Charros, a civic organization that supports youth education, sports and the Western Heritage of Scottsdale. The Charros work with the city of Scottsdale and the San Francisco Giants to bring spring training baseball to Scottsdale. Tim also enjoys spending time with his two yellow Labradors, Waylon & Willie.
