As co-founder of the team and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner, Frank helps our clients make all kinds of critical decisions about their finances and wealth. He employs a systematic, methodical approach to understand every aspect of their financial lives, then utilizes several industry-leading tools to interpret and guide recommendations and uncover any financial “blind spots.”
With more than 26 years of direct financial experience, Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds the designation of Accredited Wealth Manager and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification, along with his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, and his insurance license. Frank is a member of the Investment and Wealth Institute (formerly IMCA), where he recently completed their Applied Behavioral Finance Certificate Program, a program designed to effectively guide investors through a prudent decision-making process. He currently serves on the RBC Wealth Management – U.S. Investment Committee Advisory Council, a twelve-member council charged with the effective delivery of RBC’s investment capabilities to all U.S. financial advisors.
Frank and his wife, Anne, live in Greenville, and have four children between them. Frank is an active member of his church and volunteers his time with Kairos Prison Ministry and the Vidant Medical Center Foundation. In his spare time, Frank competes in triathlons (swimming, biking, and running) and has participated in more than 100 competitions through the last twenty years.
