Cyril has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a master’s degree in business administration and started his career with the Royal Bank of Canada. After moving to the U.S., he began working for Tucker Anthony, which, in 2002 became RBC Wealth Management, a division of RBC Capital Markets, LLC, which is a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada. He is the Branch Manager of the Watertown office of RBC Wealth Management since 2003 and is licensed to sell securities, life insurance, annuities and long-term care policies. Cyril holds the Accredited Wealth Manager designation, a credited course run through the University of Michigan.
Cyril has achieved Chairman’s Council membership every year since 2006, a designation reserved for the top 150 financial advisors in the firm. He previously served on the Branch Director’s Advisory Council. In 2020, he was named to the Forbes/SHOOK Best-In-State Wealth Advisor list in the U.S.
Cyril is married to Marlene Hajal Mouaikel, a pediatrician, and they have three children. Outside of work, he plays golf and tennis whenever upstate New York’s weather permits. He is involved with several nonprofit organizations in the area and was the past treasurer for the Frederic Remington Museum.
