WC began his career in the financial services industry in 2021 after spending 10 years in law enforcement, serving the local community where he was born and raised. While working in law enforcement brought WC a lot of joy and gratefulness, when an opportunity to work in the financial industry presented itself, WC was immediately drawn by the ability to serve his family members, friends and others in the community by helping them with their financial future.
WC earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, and passed the SIE, Series 7 and 66 exams.
His goal in working with clients is to develop long-term relationships built on trust, commitment and service. Actively involved in the community, WC volunteers as a youth coach for several different teams for all three of his children. He also serves as the athletic director at Saint Paul Catholic School and a few other local boards, such as the Marist High School Athletic Hall of Fame and the Marist Babe Ruth Baseball program.
WC and his wife, Katie Harbert, have been married since 2004 and have three wonderful, active children. Both are involved as coaches for their children’s athletics, and they love staying physically active in our gym. As a family, they enjoy spending the summer camping, river rafting, hiking around the Mount Hood area, as well as spending quality time with their extended family members and friends.
