Ethan believes financial advice should empower people to live in alignment with their goals and values, without the stress of navigating complex decisions alone. He is focused on helping individuals and families feel confident in their financial choices.
Ethan began his career in financial services in 2022 and was licensed in 2024. He has passed the SIE, Series 7 and 66 exams and holds the California life, health and accident or sickness licenses.
Prior to joining the team, Ethan worked at Neuberger Berman, an employeeowned, private, independent investment manager in New York City. As part of the firm’s Institutional Client Group, he supported business development and client advisory efforts across a wide range of institutional investors, including public and corporate pension plans, family offices, healthcare systems, foundations and endowments. This experience gave him a strong foundation in markets, investment strategy, financial products and planning. Additionally, he’s held positions at Franklin Templeton and Morgan Stanley.
Ethan is excited to be back on the West Coast working alongside his father, Clifton Santikul, and the West Valley Peninsula Group. He is committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized guidance and building long-term relationships.
He earned a degree in finance with a minor in economics from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he also played Division I rugby. A San Jose native, Ethan is a graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory, where he was active in the rugby team and investment club. He looks forward to reconnecting with his Bellarmine community and remaining involved with the Fordham University West Coast chapter.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys golf, travel and following Bay Area sports. He cheers for the Sharks, Giants, Raiders and Warriors.
