Xavier joined RBC Wealth Management in June 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to his clients. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President - Relationship Manager and Team Leader at First Republic Bank, where he played a pivotal role in growing a top-performing team’s combined wealth management, lending, and banking portfolio to over $12 billion.
Xavier takes a holistic approach to wealth management, focusing on strategic, long-term planning that balances immediate financial needs with future objectives. He is devoted to developing a personalized, goals-based strategic financial strategy for every client. He is dedicated to providing an exceptional private banking experience, offering comprehensive solutions that include wealth management, securities-based lending, and real estate financing for residential, multifamily, and commercial properties.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bolivian Catholic University’s MPD program (established in collaboration with Harvard University), a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.
Xavier and his wife, Cynthia, live in Sonoma, where they raised their three children. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, playing tennis, and researching financial markets and economic trends.
