John started his career in 1976 as the head of trading in the bond pit at the Chicago Board of Trade. Throughout his career, John has assisted various savings and loan boards through the financial crisis in the 1990s, developed processes to aid in institutional trading, and put together financial models focusing on absolute return. 

John specializes in asset allocation focusing on protecting and preserving wealth. He continues to focus on absolute return and smart beta, which includes a comprehensive review of all assets in a client’s portfolio and their correlation to each other. John can also suggest sophisticated solutions to unique situations such as: assisting endowments, charitable remainder

Chris runs the “top down”/tactical arm of our model by doing extensive research on timely stock and exchange traded fund ideas on a discretionary management platform. He takes into consideration factors such as momentum, interest rate environments and global micro and macroeconomics. He also assists business owners in establishing, improving and monitoring employer-sponsored retirement plans, as well as aiding in business succession planning.

Carrie works closely with families to establish plans that can be started today to help meet future goals. She helps identify areas in estate planning that may require further attention, such as: risk management efficiency reviews, titling and beneficiary designations, saving for college, and converting wealth to income for retirement. Carrie helps monitor where clients should be tomorrow, based on where they are today.

Niki Condos

Niki’s breadth of understanding in the financial industry contributes to our group’s outstanding service. As the branch service manager for our entire office, she is Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) licensed. Niki is responsible for the operational activities, and also handles complex matters such as working with the client’s CPA to distribute legacy assets, paying special attention to stepped up cost basis, comprehensive reporting, and proper titling.

Niki graduated magna cum laude with a major in communications and minors in marketing and philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. She lives with her husband and two daughters in the western suburbs.
