Qualifications
Mitch began his career in the financial service industry in the mid ‘70s in banking and became a financial advisor in 1990. After more than 15 years at Smith Barney, he joined RBC Wealth Management in 2009. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Miami. In 2009, Mitch hosted the “Money Watch” radio program which broadcasted out of the Jupiter, Florida area on WJBW AM 1000. He has also published articles in both the Palm Beach Post and the Jupiter Courier.
Personal
Mitch is a Florida native who grew up in Miami Beach. Mitch and his wife, Connie, have two sons, one a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University and the other attending the University of Central Florida. While the boys were growing up, he enjoyed being a coach and manager of several Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA) baseball and basketball teams. Over the last decade, Mitch and his wife have volunteered at the Jupiter Maltz Theatre and worked with the RBC Foundation to make grants to the theater. They are also members of the theater’s “Circle of Friends.” Before his sons went to college, their family volunteered for many years at JAFCO (Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Organization of Florida), where they sponsored “Kosher Christmas.”
