Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from the Virginia Military Institute. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 and passed the Series 7, 63, 65 exams and holds his Life and Health Insurance licenses. Frank is one of the team’s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioners. In 2017 and again in 2019, Frank was recognized as Financial Times Top 400 Financial Advisor. Most recently, he was named to the Forbes/SHOOK Best-In-State Wealth Advisor list for 2019, 2020 and 2021 and was also recognized by Barron’s magazine as one of the nation’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors for 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Frank is a member of RBC Wealth Management Chairman's Council, and he is also on the School Board for the School of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen. He lives in Baltimore with his wife, Frances, and their two daughters.

Pat joined The Brinton Dingle Vaughan Wealth Management Group in 2008. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2005 while attending Gettysburg College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management with a minor in economics. While attending Gettysburg, Pat was a four time All-American lacrosse player and twice National Goalie of the Year. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 exams and holds Maryland Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. Pat is one of the team’s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioners. He has been recognized by Forbes/SHOOK as one of the nation’s Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors in 2020 and as a Forbes/SHOOK Best-In-State Top Wealth Advisor in 2021. This distinctive group reflects the very best in Wealth Management. The Next Generation Award is given to the top Financial Advisors in the U.S. under the age of 40. He was also a member of the President's Council here at RBC in 2019. Pat graduated high school from Loyola Blakefield in Towson, Maryland and currently lives with his wife, Emily, and their two children in Lutherville.

Donna began her career in financial services in 1976 with the Baltimore firm of Baker Watts & Co. In 1988 they became Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., now RBC Wealth Management. Donna has passed her Series 7 and 63 exams. She takes pride in providing wonderful customer service for clients. Donna is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Nancy graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus in Finance. She began her career in the financial industry the same year at Drexel, Burnham, Lambert in Washington, D.C. In 1993, Nancy left the industry to become a stay-at-home mom. After a 20-year absence that included working as a part-time bookkeeper/accounting clerk and a 3-year tour living in Germany, Nancy returned to the financial industry at RBC Wealth Management in 2013 as a Client Associate and later as a Branch Service Manager. In 2017, Nancy joined the Brinton Dingle Vaughan Wealth Management Group. She has passed her Series 7, 66 exams and holds Maryland Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Nancy lives in Sykesville with her husband, Chris and enjoys spending time with her children, Michelle and Max.
