Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies from the Virginia Military Institute. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 and passed the Series 7, 63, 65 exams and holds his Life and Health Insurance licenses. Frank is one of the team’s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioners. In 2019 and 2020, Frank was recognized as Financial Times Top 400 Financial Advisor. Most recently, he was named to the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor list for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and was also recognized by Barron’s magazine as one of the nation’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Frank is a member of RBC Wealth Management Chairman's Council, and he is also on the School Board for the School of the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen. He lives in Baltimore with his wife, Frances, and their two daughters.
Pat joined The Brinton Dingle Vaughan Wealth Management Group in 2008. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2005 while attending Gettysburg College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management with a minor in economics. While attending Gettysburg, Pat was a four time All-American lacrosse player and twice National Goalie of the Year. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 exams and holds Maryland Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. Pat is one of the team’s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioners. He has been recognized by Forbes as one of the nation’s Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2023 and as a Forbes Best-In-State Top Wealth Advisor in 2021, 2022 and 2023. This distinctive group reflects the very best in Wealth Management. The Next Generation Award is given to the top Financial Advisors in the U.S. under the age of 40. He was also named by Financial Planning a "Top 40 Regional Broker under 40" in 2021 and 2023. Pat was a member of RBC's President's Council in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In 2022, he was named to RBC's Chairman's Council. Pat graduated high school from Loyola Blakefield in Towson, Maryland and currently lives with his wife, Emily, and their three children in Lutherville.
Financial Advisor
Brittnay earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Baltimore in 2013. She joined the Brinton Dingle Vaughan Wealth Management Group in 2018. Brittnay has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 exams and holds Maryland Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. She has also earned her Chartered SRI Counselor (CSRIC) designation. This groundbreaking certification enables Brittnay to advise clients on sustainable, responsible and impact investing. In her free time, Brittnay enjoys traveling, listening to music and working on home improvements.
Senior Registered Client Associate
Donna began her career in financial services in 1976 with the Baltimore firm of Baker Watts & Co. In 1988 they became Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., now RBC Wealth Management. Donna has passed her Series 7 and 63 exams. She takes pride in providing wonderful customer service for clients. Donna is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Rachel graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University in May of 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science in both Economics and Marketing, as well as a minor in Business Administration. Four months later, she began her financial career with the Brinton Dingle Vaughan Wealth Management Group. Rachel has passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and holds Maryland Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licenses. She regularly donates to Sochi Dogs Rescue and Best Friends Animal Society to support a cause she cares deeply about. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with friends and visiting her family in New Jersey.
Client Associate
Sam graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Maryland in May of 2021, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, along with a minor in Forensic Studies. She earned an All-American and three All-Patriot League accolades while playing on the Loyola Women’s Lacrosse team. In the summer of 2021, Sam began her MBA while continuing her lacrosse career at Loyola. After finishing her MBA in the summer of 2022, Sam began her career in finance with the Brinton Dingle Vaughan Wealth Management Group. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports, and going to the beach.
