Cyril has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a master’s degree in business administration. After moving to the U.S., he began working for Tucker Anthony, which in 2002 became RBC Wealth Management. He has been the branch manager of the Watertown office of RBC Wealth Management since 2003 and is licensed to sell securities, as well as life insurance, annuities and long-term care policies. He holds the Accredited Wealth Manager designation, a credited course completed through the University of Michigan.
In 2023. Cyril was named to the Executive Council, represented by the top 2% of advisors in the firm. Previously, he had achieved the Chairman’s Council annually since 2009, a status reserved for the top 150 financial advisors in the firm. In 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, he was named to the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor list in the U.S.
Cyril is married to Marlene Hajal Mouaikel, MD, a pediatrician, and they have three children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and tennis. He is involved with different not-for-profit organizations in the area and currently serves on the local YMCA Board of Directors.
