Professional Background
Carole is a Vice President - Senior Financial Associate at RBC Wealth Management, where she has been a member of The Cousins Sicoli Group since April 2007. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Carole is dedicated to guiding clients through all life stages on their journey toward financial independence. Throughout her career, she has supported clients through turbulent market conditions, helping them navigate economic challenges with confidence and sound financial strategy.
Carole began her financial services career in January 1999 as a Financial Advisor. During this time, she has developed skills in financial planning and personalized wealth management strategies. Carole's approach to wealth management is built on understanding each client's unique circumstances, goals, and values. Her financial planning expertise enables her to develop integrated strategies that address retirement planning, tax considerations, estate planning services, and investment management. By tailoring solutions to individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, Carole has helped clients build diversified portfolios aligned with their risk tolerance and time horizons. Her personalized strategies have allowed clients to maintain focus on what matters most—their families, careers, and passions—while their wealth works toward their long-term objectives.
