Bill has more than 50 years of experience as a financial advisor, beginning as an account executive for Reynolds & Co. in 1971. After two years, he left Reynolds & Co. and moved to the Los Angeles based firms of Clark Dodge (1973–74), Loeb Rhodes (1975–76) and A.G. Becker (1976–79). Bill then served as a senior vice president at Oppenheimer (1979–86), Morgan Olmstead Kennedy and Gardner (1986–88), and as senior managing director at Bear Stearns/J.P. Morgan Securities (1988–2014). He passed the Series 1, 5, 63 and 65 securities exams.
Bill graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. While in college, he played on two national championship baseball teams and was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Bill is married to his wife, Penny, and has two daughters, Ariana and Alexa. He supports St. Nicholas Church and Chrysalis, Los Angeles, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals. Bill is also a member of the Trojan Club, the Santa Monica Beach Club and a life-long member of the USC Alumni Club.
