Managing Director - Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager - Portfolio Focus
Rhett is a 29-year veteran of the financial services industry. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in accounting, summa cum laude, from Minnesota State University – Moorhead in 1991 and received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 1998. He joined RBC Wealth Management in 2009 and has earned a spot on the Chairman’s, Investment Advisory Group and Financial Advisory Councils. Rhett was named to the 2018 and 2019 Financial Times Top 400 Advisors list and the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Forbes/SHOOK Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list in the U.S. He was also named on the Barron's Top 1200 State by State Advisor list in 2021, 2022, and 2023 and Advisor Hub's "Advisors to Watch" in 2023.
Rhett is active in the community and has served as a board member for Youth Advantage and Camp Odayin. An avid golfer and hunting enthusiast, he lives in St. Croix Falls, where he enjoys the outdoors.
Senior Vice President - Financial Advisor
Brent has more than 26 years of financial services experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and played football for the University of North Dakota. Brent has been a volunteer football coach in Hudson for the past 10 years. He is a past treasurer and president for the Hudson Hockey Association and past treasurer of the Hudson Raidaire Booster Club.
Brent resides in Hudson, Wisconsin, and has been married to his wife, Kerri, for 26 years. They have three children: Tanner, Rielle and Peyton. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling and spending time with friends.
Eric is a lifelong Stillwater resident and a 1991 graduate of Stillwater High School. He began his career in 1997 at John G. Kinnard & Co. Eric and the team joined RBC Wealth Management in 2009. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. He was a four-year starter on the baseball team and an all-conference first baseman.
Eric was a former director of girls’ traveling hockey for the Stillwater Area Hockey Association. He spent last year as the Stillwater Girls High School Hockey Boosters Club Treasurer and is now the clubs President. He is the past treasurer for the Stillwater Area Foundation, has previously sat on the board for the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and is a past committee member for Camp Odayin. Eric is married to his high school sweetheart, Kellei, and they have a daughter, Josie. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time at the family cabin and is an avid musky fisherman.
Senior Registered Client Associate
Lisa has more than 30 years of financial services experience. After graduating from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, she started her career at Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis. She also worked at Wachovia Securities in Stillwater, Minnesota. Her areas of responsibility include client services and operations. She resides in Somerset Wisconsin with her husband, Dan. They have 2 daughters, Chelsey & Tori. In her free time she enjoys going to the cabin, fishing, hiking, traveling, and watching Packer games.
Associate Vice President, Senior Financial Associate
Born and raised in Stillwater, Ryan has a deep passion for the Stillwater community and the St. Croix Valley area. He graduated from Minnesota State University – Mankato in 2014 with a degree in finance and was the director of the fundraising team for the Finance Club.
Ryan began his career in the financial services industry in 2013 in RBC Wealth Management’s corporate office in downtown Minneapolis. He gained valuable experience working on the Client Support Services team for two years until he joined formerly known as the Neuman Wealth Management Group in 2016 (now EagleView Wealth Management Group). In his current role, he prides himself in providing clients with superior client service. Ryan has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams. He has also completed RBC’s Associate Planning Professional Program.
Ryan currently resides in Lake Elmo with his wife Courtney, daughter Addison, son Henry, and their yellow lab Finley. He has a strong passion for the outdoors where he enjoys Hunting, Fishing and Golfing. He is a proud Partner in Hope with the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Gabbie is the newest addition to EagleView Wealth Management Group and joined after graduating from the University of St Thomas in 2020. She grew up in Somerset, WI and resides nearby in New Richmond. She majored in finance after high school and was thrilled when she got an internship with RBC Wealth Management. She is happy to continue her journey with RBC as a Client Associate for the EagleView Wealth Management Group.
