Ben has been helping clients develop customized strategies for meeting their financial goals for more than 35 years. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management in 2019, he was an executive director – financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. Ben completed his bachelor’s degree at Tulane University and received his MBA in finance at Tulane University – A.B. Freeman School of Business. Ben was a scholarship swimmer at Tulane, specializing in backstroke. After 6 years in commercial banking in Dallas, Ben moved back to Atlanta to begin his wealth management practice at Shearson Lehman Brothers 35 years ago. Outside of work, Ben has coached little league baseball for 10 years. He was also on the board for the Standard Club for 8 years, serving as treasurer for 2 years. In 1996, Ben was attache for the Nepal Olympic Committee as their main liaison with the Atlanta Olympics, and walked in opening ceremonies. A 4th generation Atlantan, Ben is married to Teresa, and has two boys, LB and Austin.
