Chelsey is passionate about helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions through every stage of life. She believes that successful wealth management is built on lasting relationships, thoughtful planning and advice that puts clients’ best interests first.
Chelsey joined RBC Wealth Management in 2020 after building and operating her own marketing firm, where she specialized in helping businesses implement marketing automation systems. While she enjoyed the entrepreneurial challenge, her long-term goal had always been to join the family business as the third generation and continue a tradition of serving clients alongside her father.
Today, Chelsey works closely with clients to develop personalized investment and retirement strategies designed to help them build, preserve and confidently use their wealth. She earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation in 2024, equipping her with specialized knowledge in retirement income planning. In 2026, she earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, reinforcing her commitment to objective advice, prudent investment management and fiduciary best practices.
Chelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in business marketing from Montana State University and passed the Series 7 and 66 exams. She is also licensed in life, disability, long-term care and variable insurance.
Chelsey was born in Modesto, California, and moved to Billings, Montana, when her father, David Kelley, started at RBC Wealth Management. In 2005, her family moved to Red Lodge to be closer to their hometown ski area. She spent her college days at MSU earning her degree and alpine ski racing. During college, she met her husband, Dylan, and went on every adventure they could fit in outside of school and work. They now have two children, Gage and Rose, and one old black lab, Kenny. They live for the outdoors and enjoy skiing as a family. When the snow isn’t flying, Chelsey enjoys mountain biking and hiking. She also loves to cook, and although her husband is a chef, he lets her near the stove.
