Cinda has been working with RBC Wealth Management (previously known as Dain Rauscher) as a financial advisor since 1992. She provides investment guidance and planning advice for individuals, families and women in financial transition. Having been in the industry for more than 33 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to clients with complex situations. Her unique background as a soybean broker at the Minneapolis Grain Exchange and as a bond trader with Wells Fargo Investment Services has given her an ability to help clients think calmly and rationally in what can be chaotic times in their lives.

In line with her commitment to educating and empowering women, Cinda served as a board member for the Minneapolis YWCA for 13 years. She has also served on the board for the Mill City Summer Opera, the leadership council for Be the Match, as well as co-chair for the Benilde St. Margaret Annual Fund.

Cinda enjoys skiing, yoga and fly fishing. She is a member of the Minikahda Club where she pursues her passion for golf. Cinda resides in Minneapolis and has two sons, Silas and Ben.

Jaime began her career in the financial services industry in 1997. She has created a relationship-based wealth planning practice that incorporates each individual’s personal values and desired lifestyle as a foundation for comprehensive wealth planning and investment management. Jaime is dedicated to serving the women’s market, focusing on women in transition and providing education as a tool for empowerment.

Jaime has served on several nonprofit boards advocating to preserve and enhance the quality of life for older adults. She has also served as an eMentor to graduating seniors through BestPrep, helping educate Minnesota youth on various employment skills and business opportunities.

Jaime is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys any type of competition. She resides in St. Paul with her husband and two children, Ethan and Addison.

Austin joined RBC after completing his undergraduate work at St. John University in 2016. Austin is central in the investment due diligence, portfolio construction and financial planning process. He looks to lead the next generation of investors with technology to help make sound financial decisions.

Austin will take any chance to get on the golf course or lake with friends and family.

Austin has passed the Series 7, 63, and 65 FINRA exams.

Natalie Sweazey

Natalie joined RBC Wealth Management in summer 2018 as a registered client associate. She brings considerable experience in the financial, investment and banking industry along with a strong commitment to customer service. She will be focusing on performing daily operations, fulfilling client service needs and financial advisor support.

Natalie graduated from Iowa State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, she was a registered client associate at Wells Fargo Advisors. Natalie has also worked in financial service roles at U.S. Bank and NorthMarq Capital.

Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, golfing, attending concerts and spending time at her family’s cabin in northern Minnesota.

Kobi joined RBC Wealth Management after spending a decade as the director of service & operations with a high end fitness company. She brings expertise in managing business & marketing operations as well as strong execution in client service. Kobi will be focusing on business development and marketing while continuously striving to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction.

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Kobi Is a hockey enthusiast that made the move to Minnesota to attend St. Cloud State University and play college hockey. She has also played for the Canadian National team and Minnesota Whitecaps. Kobi currently resides in South Minneapolis with her 2 dogs, husband, her daughter, Haddie
