Wade Martin

Managing Director - Financial Advisor


Since 1987, Wade has taken a distinctive approach to financial planning in order to help individuals achieve their hopes and dreams. By leveraging RBC Wealth Management’s vast resources, he works with our clients to create realistic, holistic wealth strategies that integrate the various aspects of their financial lives, including investments, cash management, estate planning, land preservation and more. Wade maintains close relationships with our clients in order to monitor these plans and adapt them as circumstances change over time, confirming they stay focused towards meeting their goals. He is also passionate about helping clients incorporate their philanthropic efforts into their overall wealth management plan, allowing them to maximize the impact of their contributions and creating an enduring legacy. Wade dedicates a lot of time volunteering with local nonprofits and helping them partner through shared resources in order to maximize their impact on society.

One area Wade finds most rewarding is assisting families with debilitating injuries, and who are involved in legal settlements, overcome their financial challenges. Having more than 30 years of experience with legal settlements, Wade can strategize and create a comprehensive financial plan through the use of structured settlements, special needs trusts and overall money management. He strives to make the future they want a reality.

Wade earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Susquehanna University. He was named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in 2018 and 2019.

Arthur Martin

Senior Financial Associate


With more than 40 years in the financial services industry, Art brings a level of knowledge and experience invaluable to our clients and to our team. As the founder of The Martin Wealth Management Group, Art has cultivated a practice that offers comprehensive personalized wealth management and a high level of service to our clients. He used his previous background as the director of systems and data processing for Squibb, and as a U.S. Army helicopter pilot, to establish the efficiencies and core values that the team follows to this day.

Art is extremely active in the community and has been formally recognized by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, being named a Paul Harris Fellow three times. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and engineering from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and pursued advanced studies at Harvard and Villanova.

Brett Scharf

First Vice President - Financial Advisor


Brett joined The Martin Wealth Management Group in 2013 after working in the Financial Planning Division of Morgan Stanley. As a financial advisor on the team, Brett utilizes his extensive background to serve the group’s clients. He works to identify and achieve their goals for retirement income and other financial needs. Brett plays an integral role in the analysis, selection and management of investment portfolios. He graduated from Rutgers-New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational communication with a focus in economics. Brett obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification from Northwestern University. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams, and holds insurance licenses.

Zach Martin

Vice President - Financial Advisor


Zach joined the team as a financial advisor, making the Martin Wealth Management Group a multigenerational team. His prior experience at a medical technology company adds another dimension to the team, by incorporating technological and processing efficiencies. Zach works closely with clients to identify their needs and develops comprehensive wealth management plans to help them achieve their goals. Being actively involved with numerous local nonprofits, he is passionate about helping individuals create a strategic framework for their philanthropic goals. Zach also focuses on assisting clients involved in legal settlements by bringing his knowledge of structured settlements, trusts and overall financial planning to the table, enabling them to plan for the financial future they deserve. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and supply chain management with a minor in economics from University of Pittsburgh. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams, and holds insurance licenses.

Allison Delay

Senior Business Associate


Allison has been involved in the financial planning industry since 2002 and joined the Martin Wealth Management Group in 2006. Her experience extends from working on a variety of legal settlements to funding land conservation initiatives, focusing primarily on structured settlements, trusts and customizing solutions to help meet the needs of our clients. She plays an integral role by overseeing the team and its operations and serving as a liaison with individual clients, corporate clients, insurance companies and our internal partners. Allison uses her planning experience to assist clients in making competent financial decisions during settlement discussions and coordinates with all of the parties involved to put those plans into place.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in finance from The College of New Jersey, and has also obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and Chartered Financial Consultant® designation. Allison has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams, and holds insurance licenses.

Maria Gaspari

Investment Associate


Maria began her career in the financial services industry in 2003 at the home office of a major brokerage firm. While in that position, she assisted branch offices with resolving account opening issues and provided support for the client onboarding process. In 2005, Maria made the transition from the home office to a branch office as a client service associate.

In 2012, she joined the Martin Wealth Management Group where her main job functions include client service, helping with advanced operations and providing trading assistance. Maria has expanded her role to include working with clients who are receiving a legal settlement. With her vast financial background, she assists clients with customizing and selecting a structured settlement plan, works with our partners in opening and maintaining trust accounts, and educating other associates on the structured settlement process.

Maria has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams, and holds insurance licenses.

Brianna Clater

Client Associate


Brianna began her career in 2006 as an intern at Morgan Stanley and later became a client service associate. As a seasoned veteran of the firm, she plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations and administrative support for the group. She assists clients in leveraging the various modern wealth management tools available at RBC Wealth Management. Brianna’s established rapport with our clients is instrumental in delivering a first class client experience. She was raised in Southern California and then attended Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, majoring in sociology with minors in business society, and culture and economics.

Noah Wiegand

Investment Associate


Noah has worked in the financial services industry since 2006, building a comprehensive background in a number of operational roles. He has worked extensively with retirement plan administration from a client service perspective and has serviced a diverse group of clients. He also managed relationships for executive and long term incentive compensation plans and has completed Level 1 of the Certified Equity Professional designation. Noah joined Morgan Stanley and the Martin Wealth Management Group in 2019 to bring his exceptional customer service to our clients. Noah assists with daily operational needs and trading support to our team and clients. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams.

Leah Zikoski

Investment Associate


Leah began her career in the financial services industry in 2014 when she completed a two-year Graduate Training Program within UBS’ Investment Bank in Stamford, Connecticut. She then transitioned to become a senior wealth strategy associate at UBS Financial Services in New York City, where she assisted her team’s high-net-worth clients with their daily needs. In 2020, Leah joined the Martin Wealth Management Group where she has been instrumental in providing daily operational and trading support to our clients. Her primary responsibilities include portfolio reporting, portfolio construction, cash flow analysis and risk management.

Leah graduated from Fairfield University with degrees in Finance and Marketing from the Dolan School of Business. Leah has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities exams.
