Marc has worked in the financial service industry since 1986. From 1988 to 2009 he worked for JB Hanauer and Co. Marc served on the JB Hanauer Board of Directors from June 2003 to June 2006 and he is a member of the Wealth Manager’s Advisory Council at RBC Wealth Management. He has passed his Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities exams, and holds his life insurance license. Marc is also a member of RBC Wealth Management's President's Council and received the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor in 2022 and 2023 and Advisor Hub - Advisors to Watch awards in 2022 and 2023.
In 2017, Marc was selected to become a member of the RBC Wealth Management Senior Consulting Group, an exclusive company designation reserved for financial advisors who have achieved a high level of success in building consultative wealth management business. The Senior Consulting Group is a highly regarded level of recognition at RBC Wealth Management.
Marc has completed the rigorous coursework to achieve both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification and RBC Wealth Management’s internal, professional designation of Accredited Wealth Manger (AWM). The AWM provides financial professionals with training in advanced wealth management strategies and builds on the fundamentals of wealth management with a focus on estate planning services, insurance solutions, advanced investment strategies and business succession planning. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts.
Marc and his wife, Robyn, live in Randolph, New Jersey. Their sons, Adam and Matthew, are recent graduates of Quinnipiac University. Marc enjoyed coaching his nephews in basketball in Warren, New Jersey, and running the 9th/10th and 11th/12 grade basketball recreational league in his hometown. He works with a number of charitable organizations, most notably with The Valerie Fund, serving children with cancer and blood disorders. In 2000, Marc received The Valerie Fund’s Volunteer of the Year Award.
