Raymond graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. Raymond’s father was a financial advisor for a major Wall Street firm before retiring and so from an early age Raymond was interested in a career in financial services and started in the industry in 1986. He passed the Series 7, 8, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 65 exams and has served as a FINRA arbitrator for over two decades. He has held positions with The First National Bank of Atlanta, Interstate/Johnson Lane (Wells Fargo Advisors), Equity Capital Markets, McDonald Investments, Morgan Keegan, also in Equity Capital Markets before joining RBC Wealth Management as a senior vice president and financial advisor. He has been active in the community as a member of various local organizations and having served on several nonprofit boards.
