Ken has been helping clients navigate both bull and bear markets since 1986, spending 12 years with Piper Jaffray, and then joining Dain Rauscher Wessels in 1998. In 2001, The Royal Bank of Canada purchased Dain, which then became RBC Wealth Management. Ken has the Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and Washington state insurance license, and is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
Ken has been married to his wife, Jennifer, since 1990 and together they have raised two daughters in Seattle. Both daughters have gone off to college and Jennifer and Ken are now enjoying life as empty nesters. With his daughters at college, Ken has volunteered as a tutor with Invest in Youth at Madrona Middle school, as well as being a board member for Open Door Ventures. Ken has also served as both board member as well as president of the board for Plymouth Housing Group. For recreation, Ken enjoys running, biking, skiing, boating, golfing and cooking for his family and friends.
