Jason works to build deep, long-term relationships with his clients and advises them on financial decision making and through everyday milestones and challenges. He leverages his financial knowledge, real-world experience, and the unmatched resources of one of the largest wealth management firms in the world to help clients achieve their life's goals.

Prior to his career in wealth management, Jason spent nearly a decade advocating for tax and fiscal policy at the state and federal levels on behalf of the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City, an organization of chief executive officers of the largest companies in the Kansas City region. Before that, he was a trial lawyer with two national law firms where his practice focused on representing Fortune 500 companies and high net worth families in Federal and state courts around the country. He remains licensed to practice law in the States of Kansas and Missouri.

Jason believes a critical component to having a world-class city is having a world-class academic medical center. He is a member of the University of Kansas Advancement Board where he advocates for the transformative impact of the academic medical center, comprised of the University of Kansas Medical Center and the University of Kansas Health System. Jason is a staunch supporter of the University of Kansas Cancer Center, the Kansas City region's only NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center. Jason is a past chair of the Cancer Funding Partners, supporting the KU Cancer Center including, most recently, raising funds and support for the construction of a world class cancer research and care complex on the Medical Center campus.

Jason also believes in the power of education and the importance of lifelong learning. He is past chair of Kansas City's Metropolitan Community College Foundation and co-chaired the College's Centennial Celebration.

He resides with his wife, Kathleen Boyle Dalen, and their dogs in Kansas City, Missouri.
