Team Updates

Our team is growing in more ways than one! We're excited to welcome a new team member, celebrate one of our advisors on the arrival of a new addition to his family, and recognize several other incredible accomplishments across our team. 

We are thrilled to welcome a new client associate to our team, Dawn Eisenscher. Dawn started with the team in November 2025. Dawn is an accomplished mathematics educator with over 20 years of experience teaching middle school, high school, and college levels. Driven by a lifelong passion for numbers and data, Dawn is excited to bring her analytical expertise and dedication to the precision of the financial services industry. Born and raised in Michigan, Dawn and her husband, Doron, and their two children moved to the Cincinnati area in 2022.

One of our partners, Terry Regan, welcomed a new grandchild in January 2026. We want to extend our congratulations to Terry and his family on the new addition to the family! 

Lastly, our Associate Financial Advisor, Madelyn Sursi, recently passed her Series 7 and 66 exams. This is a huge accomplishment, and a big step in Madelyn's career. We are looking forward to supporting Madelyn's growth in the Financial Services Industry. 

Team Updates

Our team has been busy these past few months. At the beginning of July, we moved into our long-awaited new office space. We are now located off the Edwards Road/Smith Road Exit on Interstate 71. Our new office is in the Rookwood Exchange building on the fifth floor. We are looking forward to hosting clients for in-person meetings.

In addition to working from a new location, we have some new faces we are excited to announce. There are three new additions to our team: Madelyn Sursi, Sean Zaso, and Julia Poli.

Madelyn Sursi is joining us as an Associate Financial Advisor. She is a recent graduate from Eastern Michigan University, where she received her bachelor’s in finance. During her time at EMU, she was a part of the school’s Swim Team, competing in the 100- and 200-meter Breaststroke. She recently passed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam this past August. Congratulations, Madelyn!

Sean Zaso is one of our two Finance Interns. He is a rising senior and finance major at Xavier University. He is originally from Rochester, New York. Outside the classroom, he enjoys watching sports and spending time on the golf course.

Julia Poli, a Cincinnati native, is also a Finance Intern. She joins us as a junior at the University of Cincinnati. She is a finance major with a minor in insurance and risk management.

We are looking forward to working with Madelyn, Sean, and Julia while supporting their growth.
