I feel my role is to serve the advisors and provide them the support they need and help remove road blocks, while letting them run their businesses as they see fit. I help advisors grow by assisting them to look "outside the box" and then helping them look backwards into their business. I try to see the world through my “Advisor’s eyes” and provide ongoing support as needed and help them manage the daily challenges of our business. If I can relate to their challenges and concerns I can better understand what their needs are. My relationships with my family, clients and advisors, are very important to me.
I try to improve myself each day and help others. I am very invested in this branch, and have no plans to leave.

I graduated in 1986 from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, finance and psychology.
Personal
Away from the office, I am active in the community and enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two children. When I’m not coaching youth athletics, you may find me either enjoying a round of golf or reading about a broad range of subjects, including business, autobiographies, and fiction.
