Buzz has been helping clients meet their financial goals for nearly 37 years. He maintains the Certified Investment Management Consultant and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations. On several occasions, he has been recognized by Money Magazine, Barron's and Financial Times as one of the top financial advisors in the U.S. Buzz is a graduate of Bellevue University and has received advanced training at the Securities Industry Institute at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. 

Buzz believes in strong community involvement and is active in his church. At Boys Town, he serves as an assistant coach for the high school basketball team, mentors high school students in the Reading Program, and offers advice on their Stock Picking Contest. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the NorthStar Foundation, aiding economically distressed youth Omaha, NE. In 2006, Buzz received the United States’ Presidential Volunteer Award, personally presented by President George W. Bush, in recognition of his volunteer service. He also was awarded the RBC Wealth Management Community Service Award in recognition of his exceptional volunteer efforts.

Janelle R. Ford, AAMS®, CPFA

Janelle has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation. She also holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses. Janelle is the Founder and President of Great Plains Pointer Rescue, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit group dedicated to rescuing and aiding Pointers in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota.To date, her organization has matched over 850 dogs with happy owners. Janelle is also active with horses and teaching children equine basics and riding instruction.

Cory joined the Garlock Group after having graduated from Texas Christian University. He achieved a double major in economics and political science. He earned his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) certification through the American College, as is working towards his CFP. While at TCU, Cory worked for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and volunteered at an alternative high school helping students acquire their GED. Currently, he volunteers with the Women’s Center for Advancement. He also spent a semester in London at Westminster University. Upon graduation, Cory taught English as a second language in Seville, Spain. He is an ultra-marathon runner, avid reader and enjoys backpacking abroad.
