Bob began his extensive financial services career in New York City in 1989. He joined RBC Wealth Management in 2000, and relocated to North Carolina in 2005. As a wealth manager, Bob, along with his partner, Caroline, and associates, Crystal and Brielle, are members of RBC Private Wealth, an ensemble of global resources and expert advice, designed to meet the unique needs of high net worth clients. He is also a member of the Senior Portfolio Manager Group–Portfolio Focus, a group of selected advisors who have the experience, integrity, and commitment to service to take full discretion over investment portfolios.
Bob holds the Accredited Wealth Manager (AWM) designation sponsored jointly by RBC and Michigan State University. The AWM designation is attained by advisors who focus on complex wealth management issues including wealth transfer, financial and estate planning, trust services and insurance. Bob earned a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, has passed the Series 7, 6 and 65 exams and maintains his insurance licenses.
Since 2002, Bob has been a recurrent member of the firm’s Chairman’s and President’s councils. In 2018, Bob was again named to the Chairman’s Council, an honor bestowed to the top 150 financial advisors in the firm. In 2017, Bob was named a Financial Times Top 400 US based Financial Advisor. He is active with numerous charitable organizations, and has contributed to national news organizations, specifically in the area of wealth management.
A native of Spring Lake, New Jersey, Bob resides in the Raleigh area with his wife, Denise, and their four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Villanova Wildcats, playing golf and caddying for his children.
