Cathy joined RBC Wealth Management after careers in both industry and the military. Serving as a financial advisor lets her integrate her rich set of experiences in service, management, strategy and communications.
Prior to her current role, Cathy held a variety of positions in Xerox Corporation, including vice president of annuity management and strategy for North America, leading programs designed to advance Xerox profitability. She also served as vice president of offering strategy, where she defined, prioritized and drove offering programs for Xerox partners serving small and medium businesses. Cathy also spent time leading the corporate strategy intelligence function and served as the vice president of strategy and communications, defining and organizing strategy, development and execution across the Xerox business.
Prior to Xerox, Cathy served in the United States Air Force as a program manager for acquisition and delivery of aerospace and electronics systems. She received the Meritorious Service Medal and the Air Force Achievement Medal for her performance in bringing new capabilities to U.S. and allied forces.
Education
Cathy graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering and received an MBA degree from the University of Dayton. Cathy has also completed executive education programs in product development, leadership and management from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Columbia Business School.
Personal
Cathy was born and raised in Rochester, New York. After her education and service in the military, she returned to the area, where she raised two sons. Cathy currently volunteers her time to community service activities. She enjoys spending time gardening, kayaking and reading either at home in Pittsford or on the Finger Lakes of upstate New York.
