Pat graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in business management. He began his investment career in 1979 at PaineWebber in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1982 Pat left PaineWebber to help start the first EF Hutton office in St. Paul. He remained at this office and its’ subsequent mergers which ultimately became Smith Barney. In August of 2008, after 26 years and much due diligence, Pat decided to join RBC Wealth Management. Pat focuses on consulting to high net worth individuals and families, and to small to medium sized retirement plans.

Pat is an active volunteer, particularly in youth athletics. Over the last 35 years, Pat has coached levels of hockey from high school at Saint Thomas Academy to mites in the West St Paul Youth Athletic Program.  He has also coached baseball for 15 years and served as the Mendota Heights baseball commissioner.
