Shawn Finn, CFP®
Wealth Planning Consultant
Shawn helps financial advisors and their clients identify strategies to accumulate wealth and convert that wealth to income, based on client objectives. As part of his responsibilities, Shawn helps financial advisors address the investment and retirement planning needs of high-net-worth individuals. Shawn provides expertise to financial advisors who work with endowments, nonprofits and foundations. He also assists financial advisors in using internal and external wealth management tools, including sophisticated software programs to help provide appropriate solutions for clients’ needs.
Liz Jacovino, CFP®, CTFA
Liz works with RBC Wealth Management financial advisors to develop appropriate wealth management solutions for clients in the areas of estate planning, retirement planning, stock option planning, charitable giving, education funding and wealth transfer. She also works with clients’ attorneys, accountants and other professionals to implement strategies to meet clients’ financial objectives.

Based in Wilmington, Delaware, Cathy is responsible for helping RBC Wealth Management financial advisors promote family legacy planning concepts to clients. She also helps educate clients about the benefits of using wealth management strategies that incorporate trust and philanthropic solutions. Cathy strives to make what is often viewed as a sensitive and difficult topic into a conversation about the role of planning for clients, their families, friends and communities.
Divisional Annuity Consultant
Kara enjoys working with clients by providing retirement solutions product and technical expertise, education and guidance surrounding annuity features, suitability, and pricing. Kara has been in the financial services industry since 2007 and joined RBC Wealth Management in 2017. She covers the East Division as the Divisional Annuity Consultant and currently holds her Series 6 and 63, MN Life & Health, and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®).
